Please fill in all fields carefully and send off the form. I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss all issues and negotiate the coming up dates.

Anmeldung zum Online-Unterricht

Important hint: mailing off the form does not generate a binding promise for the lessons yet.
This will follow up after full payment of the booked hours has occurred and the written confirmation by me has been send! Nevertheless the mailing of the registration-form yet creates a binding contract acc. to §312c BGB (german law) as soon as it has been confirmed by me in written form.
