Favino 2004 #1115

Pre-owned by Ted Gottsegen. Favino 2004, #1115, 14 Fret d-hole, Laminated Brazillian Rosewood back/sides, Spruce Top, Ebony Tailpiece, 2-piece maple neck.Interestingly enough, Jean-Pierre made the entire interior supportstructure - purfling, bracing, etc, out of brazillian rosewood aswell, and lacquered the entire interior of the instrument (a'la Selmer). The instrument size (body size and depth) is between the Selmer and Favino. The soundhole itself is large, reasonably closer to Selmer specifications as well. Without a fingerboard extention, it has the Maurice Ferret likeappearance. You may have noticed that in the gallery in the years 2000 it show less guitars than before. In last years since 2000, Jean-Pierre has made 91 guitars -that comes out to about 6 or so a year. Quality takes time.
