Favino 1956 Mod.6 (2)

A one of a kind custom ordered instrument build for Charles Wizen. Maple archtop, back and sides, three piece maple neck, rosewood fingerboard. fitted with three French RV "tonemaster" pick ups. This is quite a rare and unique instrument, back in the times when people went to a maker and simply asked them to build them their special guitar. The neck like this.. the body like that... at some point it suffered a crack near the input jack.. Charles brought it back, and Jacques installed a metal plate to protect it for "years to come".. great soulfull jazzy tone...resting in an equally rare original period hard case.
